A Tribute to Clair
A dear friend and colleague, Clair Hawes, died on January 30th of Alzheimer’s Disease. Clair was a bright light and shining example of Adlerian Psychology at its best. She cared deeply for family, friends, colleagues, clients and students. She was my role model, special friend and wise counsel.
Clair joined ICASSI in the 1980s and served on the Faculty for over 25 years. She also contributed to the ICASSI community as a Board member for several years. She travelled throughout the world demonstrating her creative approaches to Adlerian Principles and living them fully. Her commitment to social interest and encouragement will remain an example for all of us who were fortunate to be in her presence and share her life journey.
Thank you, Clair, for making the world a better place and leaving a legacy of meaning and high ideals.
With gratitude and love,

ICASSI Participants from Romania (Ramona Andrei, George-Andrei Beldianu and Adina Voinea) launched a new venture: Check it out at this link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Centrul-International-pentru-Resurse-si-Formare-Alfred-Adler/338545479599744?ref=stream They said:
“One of our Center’s purposes is to build a strong healthy community based on cooperation, sharing, trust and good intention. So…please start sharing your ideas, projects (those that are already on…or those that are still “work in progress”) so that others should feel encouraged to start their owns. You can start by sharing an idea and to use this community to make it more stable and real. Remember that only as a whole we can develop!”
