ICASSI has its aim to teach Adler and Dreikurs theory and methods and to help develop Adlerian psychology around the world. 

ICASSI is a non-profit organization incorporated in the state of Minnesota, USA. 

ICASSI has By-Laws and a Board of Directors representing different geographic areas and is responsible for the general policy and functioning of the summer school.

During the year, three co-chairpersons collaborate to make decisions necessary for planning the summer school in the coming years.

A paid administrator takes care of necessary details to assure a smooth summer school.

In order to be on faculty one must have attended an ICASSI summer school and have shown good Adlerian Dreikurs teaching, e.g., through Special Interest Presentation or a solid reputation of teaching in their own country and have demonstrated leadership.

In order to be on the Board one must first be on the faculty. 

Faculty, Board and Chairpersons donate their time and service without pay as part of Gemeinschaftsgefühl/Social Interest.
