The first week is almost fully booked. There might become some more rooms available if participants need to cancel but otherwise make sure that you consider the remaining rooms or come for the second week.

We have a huge variety of different accommodation options to accommodate different needs and budgets.

You can choose from single rooms (ensuite or shared), double rooms (ensuite or shared) or dorm rooms with shared facilities.

All prices are per person. The rooms will be available on Sunday the week you start your attendance after 3pm to Saturday of your departure (morning (11am). You cannot book any extra nights through ICASSI this year. If there is availability you can inquire about extra nights prior to July 21st or after August 3rd directly at the Kloster after May/June. You will get an information when these inquiries are possible. There are no extra nights during the middle weekend possible as all rooms will be booked throughout the two weeks.

Sharing a double room:

You can either share with someone you already know. Then both of you need to write the others name on the registration. If you want to share with a stranger of the same gender please indicate this in the appropriate field as well.

The single rooms have been booked very quickly. There are no more rooms available in the New Guesthouse and only a very few with shared bathrooms in the Old Guesthouse/St. Benedikt. If you want to stay in a single room with ensuite facilities you will need to book the Urfter Hof which is a short car right down the road or a 20 minute walk. As we are expecting full reach of all capacity we can only offer double rooms for single occupation shortly before the registration deadline May 24, 2024 when all single rooms have been sold.
