The hotel is a three star hotel by Hilton and just 20 miles from the International Airport Lamber – St Louis. When you fly in you can easily take an Uber or Taxi to the hotel. It is just 1 mile from the City Center and 8 miles from Bush stadium.
The hotel features an indoor pool as well as a fitness center. A nice breakfast is included in your room charge. During the summer school we will also have some dinners together (on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays) in the hotel (included in summer school package). Free wifi and free parking are also available.
The room size varies depending on whether you are sharing the room and with how many. Most rooms have two queen size beds so they could be shared with four close friends or a family of four. We are selling beds in the rooms so all prices are per person (kids under the age of 6 sleep in their parents room/family room for free).
Note with regards to sharing rooms: If you want to share a room you have to name your roommates. If you want to share a room with a stranger of the same gender, mark this on the registration form and we will try to accommodate your wish. If no room-mate can be found, we can only offer a single room at that cost. If you were assigned to a room share and you have to cancel your room registration, no refund can be made for the accommodation after May 1st, 2025. Extra nights: ICASSI does not offer any extra nights in the hotel accomodation. You may inquire about extra nights prior or after the summer school (before July 20 or after August 2) directly at the hotel. As we are holding a reservation on all rooms during the two weeks programm no extra nights can be booked for the middle weekend before our booking is finalized in mid June.
