We will meet for our next “Asian time zone” – Virtual Adler Café on Sunday, May 1st, 2022, at 7pm Japanese Standard Time (JST) (1 pm Germany), depending on your time zone.
The topic of our next Virtual Adler Café is INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGY IN SCHOOL SETTINGS. Uti Landscheidt will present on “Individual Psychology in school settings”. Understanding roles and relationships with the use of basic concepts of Individual Psychology (mistaken goals, encouragement, etc.). After the presentation we will be using break-out rooms to discuss how these concepts cannot only be applied to school settings but also to professional or personal relationsships.
We will profit from the various professional and cultural backgrounds of all of you. Open to everyone interested. We will speak English but we are aware that there are a lot of non-native English speakers and we will try to help as much as possible. Please try to get in the room on time. Unfortunately late-comers cannot be admitted while break-out sessions take place. In that case you might need to wait up to 20 minutes in the waiting room.

The topic of our next Virtual Adler Café is ENCOURAGEMENT AT WORK. Eva Dreikurs Ferguson will present on encouragement in the workplace applying basic Adlerian concepts. After the presentation we will use break out rooms to enable discussions in small groups.
